Perfil familiar de pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en terapia renal sustitutiva del Hospital General de Zona No.08.
Abstract
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a public health problem at the national level and is associated with poor quality of life in affected patients. The family profile has an impact on the care of patients with CKD and on the progression and/or follow-up of the disease, especially in those undergoing renal replacement therapy. Identifying the characteristics of the family structure of patients could help us understand the environment in which the patient lives, as well as identify those with family dysfunction and provide support to improve their family nucleus.
