Comparación de dos modelos dinámicos del virus de hepatitis B mediante inferencia bayesiana
Resumen
Hepatitis B is a life-threatening liver infection caused by the hepatitis B virus (HBV). The world health organization points out that there are 240 million people suffering from chronic infection caused by HBV. in epidemiology, there is an important use of differential equation models to describe the form of the complex phenomena of certain diseases with the parameters with the biological interpretation. In recent decades, interest in viral dynamics has increased through differential equations, and the integration of clinical data, such as viral load, with these models.
