Abstract

Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) have created continuous transformations in our society, between the, the internet, the social networks and the mobile phone, who, with the appropriate use: a) make possible the participation of individuals in the creation of new economic opportunities; b) promote the opening of new ways of communication with the exterior to establish networks. This new development process has been incorporated in Chilpancingo, Guerrero, where there is an emerging need to identify opportunities and potential areas of intervention that help to revitalize the territory.
