Efecto de E7 de referencia y de su variante C732/C789/G795 del VPH 16 sobre la expresión de las Isoformas de OCT4.
Abstract
High-risk Human Papillomavirus (HPV-AR), such as HPV16, has been associated with the development of cervical cancer (CaCU). Several studies suggest that specific variations in the sequence of its oncogenes such as HPV E7 16 may be associated with the progression of CaCU. In addition, alterations in the expression of the isoforms of Oct4 (Oct4A, Oct4B and Oct4B1), a transcription factor involved in the maintenance of the properties of pluripotency and self-renewal of the stem cells, could favor the development of CaCU.
