dc.description.abstract | H. pylori infection induces morphological alterations of gastric epithelial cells, infiltration of mononuclear cells and increase in the number of Th17 cells. Reported data show an increase in IL-17A due to the activation of the ROR¿t transcription factor, which is post-translationally regulated by UBR5. The aim of this work was to evaluate the effect of infection with H. pylori strains of different vacA/cagA genotype on the morphology of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC¿s) and the relationship between UBR5 and ROR¿t levels. | |
