Diseño del establecimiento de una biofábrica para la producción de plantas de café (Coffea arabica variedad Oro Azteca).

Abstract

The coffee is an agricultural product of great importance in many countries of the world. In Mexico over the past 10 years has suffered a drastic decline in their coffee plantations caused mainly by pests such as orange rust, causing great economic losses at the company and national level. In this work we carried out the design of a biofactory, where it seeks to establish a center for the production of coffee plants of the Oro Azteca variety in a massive way using biotechnological methods, which envisages the establishment for the company Cafeticultores Me¿phaa de la Región Montaña.
