Estudio etnobotánico de plantas alimentarias no convencionales en las comunidades de Tlamacazapa y Huixtac de Taxco de Alarcón, Guerrero, México.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to contribute to the knowledge of non-conventional edible plants in Tlamacazapa, a Nahuatl indigenous community and Huixtac mestizo rural community, both belonging to the municipality of Taxco de Alarcon Guerrero. Its richness, management and ways of consumption were documented, along with the nutritional content by means of bromatological studies.
