Nivel del Síndrome de Burnout en el profesional de Enfermería durante la pandemia COVID -19 de la clínica Hospital ISSSTE Iguala, Gro. 2020
Resumen
Introduction. The COVID-19 pandemic has generated a series of disorders that affect Nursing personnel who are on the front lines of the battle, producing psychological, emotional, occupational, physical and interpersonal damage. The present study aims to determine the level of Burnout Syndrome suffered by the nursing professional at the ISSSTE Hospital Clinic, Iguala Guerrero. Methodology This study is diagnostic, descriptive, qualitative, cross-sectional. Nursing personnel who care for patients with Covid-19 were randomly chosen with a total of 30 nurses. Inventory questionnaire was used as the main instrument for data collection, which is divided into two parts; the first corresponds to the interviewee's personal data, which measured age, sex, work shift, category and length of time in the hospital; the second is made up of 22 items in the form of statements, about the feelings and attitudes of the professional in their work, towards patients and its function is to measure professional burnout, with a total of 27 questions.
