Social Exclusion and Territorial Dispossession: A Reflection on Mining Activity in Peru and Mexico.

Abstract

From the social struggles that are found all over the globe, it is important to try to analyze the territorial dispossession suffered by the peasant communities, by the transnational mining companies. For this, we rely on categories such as accumulation through elimination in order to know if social exclusion is an event in the development of capitalism or responds to an abrupt struggle between labor and capital.
