Análisis del desempeño en los protocolos de atención y protección en casos de explotación sexual infantil en el estado de Guerrero.
Resumen
This research was developed with the central objective of analyzing the performance of the current procedures implemented by SIPINNA, SECTUR, and DIF (National Institute of Child Sexual Exploitation) based on the protocols for the care and protection of victims of child sexual exploitation in Guerrero. The methodology used was framed within the qualitative paradigm, and the research type was descriptive and documentary. The sample was intentionally selected from among staff of government institutions, civil society organizations, and health professionals in institutions related to the Rights of Children and Adolescents in the community under study. The techniques used to collect the information were interviews, bibliographic records, and critical reading for document review. All the information obtained was processed using qualitative analysis software (Atlas.ti) to code and categorize the collected data. The results show that, although SIPINNA provides an essential regulatory framework in Mexico, it lacks the authority to directly accompany victims and, as for the municipal DIF, on the other hand, it offers direct attention through psychological, social and legal support services, but its effectiveness is limited by the lack of resources and training.
