Pleurotus ostreatus is a white-pored fungus capable of producing fibrolytic enzymes. The objective was to quantify the production of cellulases and laccases of the MR strain of P. ostreatus by solid fermentation (FS) at 5 and 10 days using corn olote, corn totomoxtle and corn stover as substrates. In a Erlenmeyer flask, a type of substrate with 80% humidity was placed and sterilized at 121 ° C, 15 min and 15 PSI; inoculated with 5% seed of the MR strain of P. ostreatus and incubated at room temperature for 5 and 10 days.
